वो भूल जाते हैं...


वो भूल जाते हैं अक्सर

पुकारना नाम से अपने बच्चों को।

चश्मा लगा भी हो तो

ढूंढ आते हैं चारों ओर

 वो भूल जाते हैं अक्सर।

याद ही नहीं रहता...

कहां बैठे हैं कब से !

लोग तो बस कह दिया करते हैं

सठिया गए हैं क्या ?

कुछ याद ही नहीं रहता आपको।

एकटक देखते ही रह जाते हैं वो

कैसे समझाएं अपने मनोभावों को!!

कि कोई तो समझे जानबूझ कर नहीं होती उनसे गलतियां,

उन्हें तो गर्म चाय के गिरने का भी एहसास नहीं

उनका रोना, चिल्लाना, कभी सुन्न पड़ जाना

बोलते बोलते रुक जाना

जुबान का लड़खड़ाना..

कोई पागलपन नहीं बस एक मानसिक विकार है।

ठहरो जरा उनके पास

और बात करो।

उन्हें नसीहत की नहीं

ख्याल रखने वालों की जरूरत है।

कोई मां-बाप अपने बच्चों के नाम

तो नहीं भूलना चाहते!!

आखिर क्या बात है?

जो वो खुद को नहीं पहचानते।

डिमेंशिया( मनोभ्रंश) के लक्षणों को पहचाने

मदद का उन तक हाथ बढ़ाएं।।

Disorder in children:Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

  You may observe many times that some children are hyperactive, impulsive and inattentive rather than their same age. These symptoms are often associated with Attention Deficit  Hyperactivity Disorder. What is Attention  Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)? ADHD is a hyperkinetic disorder based on Maladaptively  high levels of impulsivity, hyperactivity and inattention. They are all based on observations about how children behave. "Impulsivity" signifies premature and thoughtless actions.  Disorder "Hyperactivity" a restless and shifting excess of movement and "inattention" is disorganized style preventing sustained efforts. All are shown by the individual children to different extents and are influenced by context as well as by the constitution of the person. Down Syndrome in Special Education

   What is Down   Syndrome?  In condition of down syndrome or down's syndrome a baby born with an extra chromosome of their 21st chromosome, it is also known as Trisomy 21.              In child with down syndrome, one of the chromosome doesn't separate properly. The baby ends up with 3 copies or an extra partial copy of chromosome 21 instead of two. This extra chromosome causes problems the brain and physical features to develop. Symptoms at birth time - Babies with down syndrome usually have certain characteristics - a) short neck (b) atypically shaped ears (c) poor muscle tone (d) small head and ears (e) bulging tongue.
