हमारे पर्यावरण में तमाम ऐसे पेड़- पौधे हैं जिनका प्रभाव हमारे मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ता है। मानसिक स्वास्थ्य एवं शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य पारस्परिक रूप से जोड़कर हमारे शरीर को सकारात्मक ऊर्जा प्रदान करते हैं। वर्तमान समय में बढ़ती जनसंख्या और मकान की बनावट के तरीके से खुले मैदान में या आसपास जमीन में पेड़ पौधे लगाना मुश्किल होता चला जा रहा है, लेकिन हमारे पर्यावरण ने तमाम उपहार स्वरूप पौधे हमें प्रदान किए हैं जिनको हम घर के कमरों में लगाकर ऑक्सीजन की पर्याप्त मात्रा और घर को प्रदूषण मुक्त तनाव रहित बना सकते हैं। इनमें से कुछ पौधे हैं- कैमोमाइल -  कैमोमाइल के पौधे घर के अंदर और बाहर बगीचे में लगाए जा सकते हैं इसके फूलों की खुशबू घर के वातावरण को तनाव रहित बनाए रखती है कैमोमाइल के फूलों की चाय नींद से जुड़ी समस्या, तनाव, चिंता, डिप्रेशन आदि समस्या में भी राहत देती है। स्नेक  प्लांट -  यह पौधे 10 डिग्री सेल्सियस से अधिक तापमान वाले स्थान में रखा जाता है लेकिन 21 से 32 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक का तापमान इसके लिए उपयुक्त होता है इसे घर के अंदर लगाने से हवा को साफ करने में मदद मिलती है। घर ...

   What is Down   Syndrome?  In condition of down syndrome or down's syndrome a baby born with an extra chromosome of their 21st chromosome, it is also known as Trisomy 21.              In child with down syndrome, one of the chromosome doesn't separate properly. The baby ends up with 3 copies or an extra partial copy of chromosome 21 instead of two. This extra chromosome causes problems the brain and physical features to develop.
