  एक अल्हड़ सी लड़की वो गुड़ियों की दुनिया में जीती थीं,  जबसे आई समझ उसे दुनिया की  वो अल्हड़ सी लड़की ग़ुम हो गई।  सुबह शाम परिंदों के झुंड निहारा करती थीं पंख हो उसके वो भी सोचा करती थीं,  नील गगन मे गोते खाने को  उसका मन मचलता था वो अल्हड़ सी लड़की....  अब आकाश निहारा करती है,  चौपाए पर लेटे हुए वो तारे देखा करती थीं,  गिरा जो एक तारा वो कुछ मांगा करती थीं वो अल्हड़ सी लड़की अब आसमान निहारा करती है...॥

  Drugs are chemical substances which alters the body and its functions also known as medicines. When they are taken inside the body, they bring change in the bio-chemical system of the body. Drugs are designed to improve the chemical imbalance in the body.   Drugs can be classified as: A)   Prescribed Drugs (for improving health) - Drugs reduce the effects of diseases, sickness etc. By covering the chemical imbalance thus helping to bring improvement.   DESCRIPTION- WHAT IS ODD? WHAT IS ITS SYMPTOMS? WHAT IS ITS TREATMENT? WHAT THERAPY CAN BE USED? OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANT DISORDER   (ODD) Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) is a condition in which a child displays an ongoing pattern of an angry or irritable mood, defiant or argumentative behavior , and vindictiveness toward people in authority. The child’s behavior often disrupts the child’s normal daily activities, including activities within the family and at school. Many children and teens with ODD also have other behavioural problems, such as attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, mood disorders, depression and anxiety disorder. Some children with ODD go on to develop a more serious behaviour disorder called conduct disorder.   पंछियों को देखा था  पंछियों को देखा था... तिनका-तिनका ढूंढते हुए, बटोरते हुए घोंसले बनाते हुए ,सजाते हुए  पंछियों को देखा था...  खुद के जिगर के टुकड़ों को  बेरहमों की नजर से बचाते हुए  पंछियों को देखा था, डर की जिंदगी गुजारते हुए...  कि तोड़ ना दे कोई भी,  कहीं भी जिंदगी के डोर और आज ठीक वैसे ही देख रही इंसानों को, कि डर है कब, कौन,क्यों, कैसे तोड़ दे  इनके तिनके के आशियाने को  कहीं बिखर ना जाएं सहेजें हुए सपने जो बने हैं कई बरसों में ।-2
